Following on from our AGM last Saturday 22nd Oct 2016, PIER Committee is delighted to welcome Barry O'Hea (Leo Pharma) to the committee. We thank Michael Lennon (Jazz Pharmaceuticals) for all his hard work on the committee especially around communications over the past two years.
Pharmacists who hold a Certificate of Registration expiring 31 December 2016 who wish to continue their registration for 2017 may apply online from Wednesday 19th October 2016. The PSI is no longer issuing hard copy registration renewal forms. Each registered pharmacist will be receiving an email in the near future outlining the options to either apply online or to download the application form for completion. It is important to note that failure to renew 30 days before the expiry of your current certificate will incur the addition of a late fee to continue registration fee.
