The PIER Spring CPD meeting will be held in School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences TCD (Joly Theatre) on Wed evening 13th April 2016 at 7pm. The theme of the meeting will be ‘Personalised Medicine' with an oncology focus. The speakers will be:
  • Professor William Gallagher (Conway Institute, UCD) 'Personalised Medicine in the Oncology Arena: Home-Grown Examples and International Experiences'?
  • Dr Mike Starnawski (Roche) 'Targeted Therapies - Opportunities and Challenges'
  • Professor Laura McCullagh (TCD & NCPE) 'The NCPE Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation Process. Application to Targeted Drugs for Oncology'

The Compliance Group will be running 2 courses in the coming months, which may be of interest to PIER members;
