UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in association with Perrigo presents the Laurence Crowley Lecture Series on Monday 10th October 2016 from 6pm-7pm discussing: 'Building Life Sciences Clusters of the 21st Century' Converging entrepreneurial and scientific ecosystems About the Speaker: Professor Gary Pisano, Harry E. Figgie Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, will share his views on how research on clustering suggests otherwise. How successful firms help spawn successful clusters, not the other way around. Policymakers interested in spawning successful life science clusters need to focus on facilitating the growth of both types of scientific and entrepreneurial ecosystems and their convergence.
